Little Moments Studio
Staff DashboardGood morning 👋
One beautiful invitation at a time.
One beautiful invitation at a time.
You’re officially part of Little Moments Production. Your own Staff Dashboard is ready, and every job assigned to you will walk you through the work step-by-step.
Everything you need to start working without overthinking it.
Your job is to follow the system carefully, make each invitation with care, and ask whenever something is unclear. Speed comes naturally after repetition.
If a name, date, venue, photo, RSVP link, Canva link, program detail or client instruction is missing or confusing, ask Admin. Accuracy is more important than pretending to know.
Use the designated Canva working copy. Do not edit the master theme or random sample.
Use only client-approved details and photos. Client files are private and should never be reused or shared.
Complete the publish checklist. Correct domain, subpath, title, preview image, and Resize on mobile OFF.
Do not panic over revisions. Revisions are part of production, not a sign that you failed.
That is expected. Follow the system carefully first. Your priority is to finish accurately before the staff deadline; speed improves naturally with repetition.
Follow the existing theme style and any design references provided in Work Mode. If there is no suitable reference and you are stuck, ask Admin rather than forcing a random layout.
Use what is provided. Extra photos are optional. Never invent or source outside photos for the client unless Admin specifically instructs you.
Leave that part alone and flag it to Admin. Never guess dates, times, venue details, names or RSVP information.
Admin checks your work. It may be approved, sent for client approval, or returned with clear change requests.
Open the revision task and work through each requested change. Tick each revision as soon as it is done. When every active revision is checked, the red Revision Needed alert clears and the job becomes Ready to Resubmit.
The commission amount attached to a job is visible in your dashboard. Once eligible for payout, it appears in your commission area so you can file a claim using your saved GCash profile.
Yes. Your GCash details are your payout profile and can be updated whenever needed before claiming.
It simply means nothing is assigned to your staff profile yet. You will only see work specifically assigned to you.
